Hey there! I ‘m Tierra aka The Savvy Soul Social Worker and Culture Coach.
I provide high-quality coaching and consultation to organizations who work with youth and their families to support culture and climate improvement efforts. Through my professional and life experiences, I have come to understand that the culture and climate of any environment will set the tone of how people feel, think, behave, respond and establish relationship with others. I want to help you to normalize the importance of having healthy and whole environments that incorporate practices that benefit the well-being of all who are involved and connected with your organization. As your organizations culture coach, I will help you and your team learn key strategies with a focus on social emotional learning, transformational engagement, restorative practices and trauma responsive practices. I have spent over 20 years as a social worker, and I enjoy serving and supporting leaders and their teams. I will collaborate with you and your team to provide training, reflective and strengths-based feedback, and a tiered system of strategies that are both innovative and sustainable.
I am also available to provide culture coaching for families. As your culture coach for your household, I can support you with identifying strengths, challenges, and developing a plan of action to create a household that is healthy and whole for all members to thrive. As a mom and wife, I understand the importance of having a home culture that is grounded in strong communication, support, empathy, forgiveness, growth and healing. I am available to provide consultation services for families looking for strategies to improve and/or strengthen their home life culture.

“You can teach a lot of skills, but you can’t teach passion and leadership. For this reason, working with Tierra was a treasure to the organization. She naturally invites youth and young adults to express themselves in a safe environment. Tierra is a wealth of knowledge and resource for mental and behavioral health transformation.”
