  • Track 1: Schedule a free 15-minute “Coffee and Convo” discovery call consultation

  • Track 2: Schedule a one-on-one 90 minute “Confident and Competent Transformational Social Work Leader Connection Session”

  • Track 3: Schedule a 3 hour “Confident and Competent Transformational Social Work Leader Workshop” for your organization and/or network of social work colleagues.

    This service requires a minimum of 15 participants and is offered virtually. In-person workshops are available and may be subject to include an additional fee for travel and hotel accommodations.

  • Track 4: Schedule for Tierra to participate on panel discussions and/or keynote presentations

    This can happen in a variety of settings for social workers looking to enhance their leadership skills. In-person
    engagements may be subject to include an additional fee for travel and hotel accommodations.

Since 2018, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Tierra Sydnor-Diggs to facilitate mental health workshops for families, teachers and clergy in the US and Jamaica. Mrs. Sydnor-Diggs is a professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and engaging facilitator whose passion for mental wellness is evident in every presentation.

Mrs. Sydnor-Diggs has attended our annual Mothers & Sons Summit as a workshop facilitator. During her presentation, Mrs. Sydnor-Diggs offers practical approaches to mental health that give mothers and sons manageable tools and resources so they are empowered and equipped to take an active role in their own mental wellness.
