In collaboration with your leadership team, we will develop a strategic plan and identify sustainable practices that align with organizational goals, strengths, and processes that meet the needs of your stakeholders for long-term success.

Utilizing information gathered from the analysis, I will provide consultation to you and your team to create a maximum of 5 core goals using the evidenced based Results Based Accountability Model (RBA).

Connecting the Dots: Consultation  for Building Your “Culture  Champion’s” Committee

Support with establishing a framework and identifying potential committee members.

Consultation will be provided to set up your organization’s “Culture Champion’s Committee” who are responsible for making sure the strategic plan is implemented and monitored quarterly for organizational growth and sustainability.
